Description: In this lab, you’ll configure an AI assistant that supports your personal or professional life. You’ll learn how having an AI you return to repeatedly can help you get better outputs and leverage AI to amplify you. By the end of the session, you’ll have built and configured a custom AI assistant of your own, one you can keep using the moment you walk out the door.

What you’ll do

1. Build your first AI assistant (not automation, not an agent, but an assistant
2. Develop a specific prompting formula you can reuse for your context
3. Consider your own privacy protocols before you share information with any AI tool
4. Configure your own Custom ChatGPT, or Claude Skill (and/or Projects), or a Gem in Gemini

What you walk away with

• Confidence to maintain a real conversation with an AI assistant on your own
• A custom assistant you built yourself
• A clear sense of what to try next

Note: You are welcome to register and pay the day of the lab but we need your email to send you the pre-exercises.
