Dayle Wickizer started Women in AI Northern Colorado because she believes something simple: women don’t need to be AI experts to belong in the conversation — they just need a room where curiosity is welcome and nobody’s pretending to have it all figured out. Across Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland, she’s building that room — one where real problems get brought to the table and solved together, in community, without the jargon or the gatekeeping.

Dayle isn’t a technologist by trade — she’s a business operator with 20+ years leading operations, strategy, and technology across IT managed services, financial institutions, cybersecurity, compliance, and senior care. That range is exactly why she’s obsessed with AI done responsibly: she’s spent her career in the rooms where technology, risk, and people collide, and she knows what happens when innovation outpaces governance. As Founder of Intentional Results Consulting, she helps businesses bridge that gap every day — which is precisely the confidence and care she brings to helping women approach AI with both curiosity and clear eyes.

She serves on the Better Business Bureau Board, has taught MBA-level business strategy, and speaks regularly at events across Northern Colorado — but the work she’s most passionate about right now is this: creating a space where women can explore AI together, ask the questions they’re afraid are “too basic,” and walk away with something they can actually use.

Beth Bostwick spent over a decade in the corporate world building and rebuilding businesses before becoming a Silicon Valley founder. She successfully built and exited one of the valley’s early SaaS companies helping to establish the significance of a powerful new revenue model.

Now an advisor at the Larimer County SBDC, Beth is dedicated to the next generation of innovators, coaching student entrepreneurs through programs at both CSU and Purdue. Today she brings her experience in leadership and startup growth to a new mission: fostering a vibrant community for Women in AI right here in Northern Colorado.

Lori Gama is a Colorado AI consultant, educator, and business owner who helps organizations use artificial intelligence in practical, responsible, and strategic ways. Through AI Path Builders, Inc., she works with businesses, nonprofits, leaders, and teams on AI training, adoption strategy, responsible-use policies, workflow improvement, and Generative Engine Optimization. Based in Greeley, Lori has trained more than 500 people in the practical use of AI and has led AI workshops and presentations across Northern Colorado.

Her AI work builds on more than 30 years of experience in business, technology, digital marketing, and search. Lori founded DaGama Digital Marketing Agency in 1995 and began working in SEO in 1998, giving her firsthand experience with the evolution of search from the early web to today’s AI-powered search environment. She is Google AI Certified, serves as a volunteer board member with the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce, and was recently named a BizWest Women of Distinction Honoree for Business.

Lori co-founded Women in AI Northern Colorado to help more women participate in how artificial intelligence is adopted and used throughout business, nonprofit, education, and community life. Her goal is to create a welcoming space for women at every level, from curious beginners to experienced AI users, where they can build confidence, share knowledge, make connections, and have a stronger voice in shaping the future of AI in Northern Colorado.
